What are the steps to issuing for a Greek Golden Visa?

1. You yourself should be aware of all the details and the entire procedure regards to the property acquisition and obtaining of long-term residence permit.
2. Make a visit to the selected properties that we have helped you to find, to make your final choice.
3. The next step to take is for you to sign a preliminary agreement that will include the following:
• The exact features of the property
• The price
• The date
• The ammount of the down payment
• The date that the sales contract will be signed (including any other terms that will be concluded)

5. Property Transfer

• Certification of the title transfer issued by the local land registry authority.
• Notarization stating the transfer contract is valid according to the Greek law.
• Official Greek translation of all submitted documents.
